PROFILE OF THE HOST OF AMAZING GRACE FOR TODAY.

My name is Ronald Stimphil, and I am the host of the new radio program, Amazing Grace For Today, that airs every Saturday at noon on WAEC Love 860AM in Atlanta, GA. 

My family and I moved to Atlanta from Louisville, KY in the summer of 2006, believing that God had a special mission for us to fulfill in this city.  After months of searching, I realized that God wanted to do something special in this place, and we had a role – as small as it may be – to play in it. 

God has given me a heart for teaching the Bible as well as a burden to address the issues that plague marriage and family. 

Presently, I am using the medium of radio to reach the world for Christ.  I know for a fact that God will bring many partners into this important ministry, but for now my wife, Pluvenie, and I are working together to follow God’s lead in reaching people through this ministry. 

I hold an AS in Pre-engineering from Queensborough Community College in Bayside, NY, a BA in Liberal Studies (psychology, mathematics and physics) from the University of Louisville, KY, and an MDiv in Pastoral Counseling from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. 

I am teaching Mathematics at a public high school for now, and Pluvenie is currently homeschooling our five children while working diligently on this ministry.

We care for marriages and families, and we will pursue relentlessly the biblical restoration of the family in our neighborhood, city, state, and the entire country and the world....

God cares a whole lot about families.  He cares so much that even His Son Jesus He did not leave without an earthly father.  Today's families are undermined by anti-family activists whose goal is to turn everything God has ordained on its head.  They fall prey to the devil and its schemes, and the families are led to destruction.  A strong society can only be strong if its family values are upheld.  A society cannot stand if its basic block -- the family -- is crumbling.  As Christians, we have no choice but to stand for the family and its biblical values, or else we are bound for certain destruction.
